• You may log in using email or Facebook Login. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we detect abuse, piracy, or security risks.

• All books, images, metadata, text, and other content are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and other laws.
• All copyrights remain with their respective owners, including the legacy of Late Sarwar Hussain and the relevant publishers.
• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal, non-commercial, educational use only.
• No rights are granted to download, reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, or create derivative works unless expressly permitted in writing.

• Bypassing, disabling, or interfering with access controls, watermarks, rate limits, or other DRM/anti-piracy measures.
• Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or harvesting (including via bots, scripts, or extensions).
• Sharing account access or reselling access to the Website or its content.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

• For anti-piracy, fraud prevention, and audit purposes, we log IP address, device/browser data, timestamps, and content access events (see Privacy Policy).
• We may use automated and manual review to detect misuse and may preserve logs for legal compliance.

• You acknowledge and agree that we may monitor, log, and review all access to and use of our services for security, auditing, analytics, and compliance purposes.

If you submit feedback or materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display them for operation and improvement of the Website. Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.

If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@sarwarhussain.in with sufficient details (work identified, infringing URL, proof of ownership/authority, contact details, and a good-faith statement). We will review and act in accordance with Indian law.

• Content availability may change without notice (e.g., rights issues, maintenance).
• We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

• Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that content will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising out of your use of the Website. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount you paid (if any) in the 3 months preceding the claim, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nafees Publications, T.D. Publications, their affiliates, and personnel from claims arising from your misuse, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Allahabad (Prayagraj), Uttar Pradesh, India.
